Return Policy
Starlines Homeproducts has a very customer friendly Return and Refund Policy. In case you are not happy with the product ordered, you may return it back to us for a complete refund. Following are the conditions for RETURN and REFUND:
- We only accept returns, if the item is bought from our website www.starlineshomeproducts.com
- Return of product if bought from any other website will not be considered.
- Items have to be returned back in their original condition and unused
Returns have to be made within 15 DAYS of delivery
Steps to Return Product:
Put the product along with the Invoice in the SEGA box that is originally used for packing.

Login to My account in the www.starlineshomeproducts.com website, open my orders and select items you wish to return. Click the confirm button. Our delivery partner will contact you by phone to arrange a pickup. Handover the consignment to the service provider and take a shipping bill from them.
Email the shipping bill details to our customer care centre at online@starlineshomeproducts.com
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days and generally are in transit for 2 – 7 business days.
If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you vie email or telephone.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Cancellation Policy
Any refund made on any of the goods purchased by you are subject to the following conditions:
- The goods must be unused, in saleable condition and must be returned within 15 days from receiving the package.
- All items to be returned must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Any items purchased in a “Sale” or “Discount Offer” cannot be returned or refunded.
Please ensure safe packing as we cannot offer refunds on items that are damaged from shipping. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, Post our examination we’ll refund your money within 15 business days.
Refund
- Refunds for unwanted items will be for the price you paid for the product only.
- If multiple products were ordered and only part of the order is to be returned then refund would be only the price of the product returned.
- For exchange, refunds or resolution of your issue, it can take up to a max. of 10 working days of processing from the date of receiving the product.
- The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products.
- If you wish to exchange an item you must inform us of your first request to us. Please note that we will refund returns postage costs on faulty goods only.
Refund Policy –Defective or Damaged goods & Receipt of Goods not matching your order:-
Refunds, exchanges and repairs will not be provided after delivery has occurred unless the item is found to have manufacturing defects, not doing what it’s supposed to do, significantly different to what is shown in the website or described to you. In case the goods are found to be defective, damaged or does not match the description of items at the time of placing the order, you have to contact our customer care within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the goods. No refund claim will be entertained after 15 days of the delivery of the goods. Any goods received in a torn, wet or damaged state should be mentioned in the delivery note while acknowledging receipt.
If you believe an item is defective, damaged or different from your order, we may need to have the item assessed by us to determine whether you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. If goods are found to be defective, damaged or incorrectly dispatched, SEGA reserves the right to replace, repair, refund or a credit voucher towards a further purchase. We will refund your money within 15 days of accepting your claim to your mode of payment used while making the order.
Refund Policy — Cancellation of order
Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods are dispatched from our facility. If the goods are yet to be dispatched from our facilities, orders may be cancelled under the following condition:-
- Orders shall be cancelled if there is any delay more than 15 days from the estimated shipment time provided to you. We offer 100% refund in such cases.
- Once the cancellation of order is accepted by us, we shall refund the money within 15 days to your mode of payment used while placing the order
Starlines Homeproducts reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User
